Altus House - Leeds

BWS were awarded this project by RG Group for the Fit-out package on this prestige project in the heart of Leeds for Olympian Homes .
Altus House is set to be the tallest building in Yorkshire and the NE with over 750 student bedrooms and Studios. It is one of Shrimpton's largest projects to date.

Our works commenced in December 2019 which involved the Internal Linings to the Techcrete facade, Window boards and Pod doors, Plasterboard Partitions and MF Ceilings

BWS have helped develop with the Design team and RG Group a Drywall solution suitable for the challenges of the programme and delivery of the scheme to achieve the best value for our client.
The project will be completed by September 2021.
